Welcome to the Keck Imaging Center

University of California, Davis

The Laboratory for Confocal Microscopy and

Multiphoton Imaging

What are we?

The Keck Imaging Center is a campus wide recharge unit where faculty, students and staff can be trained on and use a Zeiss LSM 510 META confocal microscope.  We also have at our disposal a Coherent Mira 900-F femtosecond laser system for carrying out multiphoton imaging and uncaging experiments.

We offer drop-in training sessions. Come by for a tour of the lab and instruction on how to use the microscope and laser systems.  If you need training on a specific day or at a specific time we can set up a training session to meet your scheduling needs.  Click here to see information about our equipment and its operating status.
